        Very poor service of a simple change of name by deed poll. No authentication stamps spelling errors of surnames, just a calamity really from start to finish. Sorry but you have let yourself down with incompetence.

        Had Andrew Costley represent me yesterday and may I say what an absolute gentleman. One of the nicest men you will ever meet who takes true interest and care for the clients he represents. A quote he said several times to sticks in my mind and that is "Alex, it doesn't matter whether your a millionaire or poorper, I will represent you the same with the same legal advice." He did just that, too. I was released and the changes are being dismissed. Thank you Andrew, you Sir, are a credit to your profession.
