Blackfords were the firm my company insurance instructed to deal with my legal issue. Annie Lawrence was my allocated legal eagle and she was extremely helpful, kept on top of everything and explained things clearly, concisely and more importantly, without condescention.. She also listened to me and considered my opinion on how I wanted things to turn out and we chose the outcome together. It was so nice to be able to speak to someone who was willing to look at my case. I had tried a few solicitors in my area but they never got back to me. Although it was resolved before becoming a court case I found the team were extremely helpful, listened to what I had to say and communicated really well. Nicola and her team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were very informative and helpful, incredibly efficient as well as very knowledgeable and were able to put my mind at ease regardless of how many, sometimes, silly questions I asked. Unfortunately I needed help with allegations made against me by a foster child Had great professional advise but also a lot of emotional support and hand holding. Annie was always available to talk to and was very patient and caring.
