Had my claim settled after over a year of it progressing with FMG Legal. Was given an offer and was told its the best offer I will get. I settled on the payment and now 6 months on I am still awaiting my payment. Throughout the process there was minimal contact and out the blue I get a call to say we have managed to get a result.... so they got a result but still nothing to show that this is done and dusted. How long does one have to wait for their payment?? Update: Now officially a year on and still no communication as to when my compensation will be paid out!!! Generic email sent time and time again..... appalling company, do not use for any legal issues.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, non fault accident, other party admitted fault and paid for my car in 5 days, took over 2 years with FMG to settle my injury claim. Slow, unresponsive and dont care. I chased and chased and they sometimes took 6 weeks to respond. To top it all they then deducted a fee when a clearly gave proof of legal protection, this was later refunded, and they forgot to include to claim from the other party my expenses, such as a 400 flight I missed due to the accident (receipts and missed flight documents sent as requested) I gave up on this or it would have delayed payment even more as they would had to have contacted the doctor again, so please dont use these, you will regret it.

Had accident 2017 Partial settlement October 2021 No answer to email December 2021 No answer to email March 2022 Tried ringing 14-04-2022 - Line keeps going dead When you actually speak to someone they are pleasant but running a legal company requires much more !!!!

I had an accident 23rd December 2017, FMG was brilliant from the start but they're really pissing me off! I've been so patient with them, had no phone calls, Had couple of emails. I personally having to ring up for 1 lady and she's never available.. I'm awaiting a MRI Scan what's been 6months or more. The claim has been going on for 4 YEARS!! All for bloody foreign driver hitting me with Sainsbury Lorry! Never again! Drew
