I enlisted the legal aid of Christopher McFarland and his team to take on our Local Authority regarding school placement and EHCP amendments for my daughter. From the off, Christopher and the team were absolutely outstanding. They kept us constantly updated, always answered any questions and concerns we had with clarity and compassion and always kept us updated on costs. The end result was better than we hoped for - they not only bloodied the nose of the LA to such an extent that we secured a place at our school of choice, but the LA capitulated on every one of our proposed amendments - even going so far as to add in provisions. They all but begged us not to proceed to tribunal, and this was entirely down to the thorough professionalism of Christopher and the team. They were recommended to us by an acquaintance and we are so glad we took the advice. They have changed our daughter's life for the better.
