        I made an appointment to collect a legal document from storage. When I arrived the document was nowhere to be found. The reception area is a sea of other people's legal correspondence and copies of documents. No apology and later at home told the document had gone to another office and could be collected the next day. Yes we got the document but proofs of our identity were added to the other piles of documents for all to see in the reception area. Photos of this mess can be provided on request. Not at all professional. Cannot be recommended.
