The worst company I have ever dealt with. Leased new Range Rover Sport back in July 2021. Paid money for step sides which were never received, ask for refund numerous times and didn't get anywhere. In the meantime had issues with the sat nav screen, which apparently was fixed twice and exchanged once and there is still the same issue. Another thing I was offered repair for damaged screen wash bottle free of charge due to ongoing issues and guess what, I was charged. Land rover washed their hands saying that I have to deal with the lease company with that. Had a phone call and being offered free service for my car but it's no good for me as I have maintenance package. Nobody even bother to check until I gone through Resolver to get my complaint to someone. Received an e-mail saying that they have been asked to contact me and no resolution at all. Booking a service is a miracle as no one ever rings you back . Managed to book one after contacting complaint department. Big joke, stay away!

Fantastic experience. I feel that I need to share the fantastic experience whilst visiting Stratstone Cardiff. The very first time I visited I was treated extremely well and showed politeness by all of their employees. A special mention must go to Christian and Sam. Car sales people are perceived as being pushy and not genuine and this was definitely not the case at Stratstone Cardiff and I cant speak highly enough of them. The car I bought was a Range Rover Sport which is simply amazing.

Awful service. Trying to make contact about an order for over a week. At the point of buying a different car instead. Only added one star because it won't allow me to add none at all.

Not recommended. My Range Rover was subjected to a recall, I booked it in which was the worst mistake and I feel a total scam. I was not updated about the recall or work undertaken. Instead they completed a free health check and returned my vehicle un drivable having dislodged the fuel cap filter underneath the car. My car had been serviced five months previously but from the salt had suffered corrosion I wasnt aware of. No one called to talk me through this, I had to wait and keep calling to have my car returned and the underside was totally dislodged and I then received an email detailing 4500 worth of work they considered it needed. The manager came out to see me and promised to look into my experience agreeing it was not up to standard. I have heard nothing. My car is in the garage (a Land Rover specialist) who are carrying required work (not 4500 worth!), and theres no wheel nut. Land Rover have not replaced it after their health check. Absolutely awful service. Do not trust anything they say or do.
