The training sessions there is an atmosphere of encouragement and positivity, the sessions are made enjoyable as well as hard work ensuring all participants are able to work to the best of their ability whilst having fun as well. I have been attending the women's kickboxing class for the last year and couldn't recommend Jason enough. The lessons are very enjoyable and informative, and you always feel like you're learning and progressing. Jason and his team are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. It's a brilliant class!

Having joined the club 2 years ago, I have loved every class! Jason is an excellent instructor and the other club members are so welcoming. Not only do you learn the discipline of a martial art but also the workouts are excellent and you leave class feeling great.
