I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giovanni's Restaurant and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Mauro, our server. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he was able to recommend the perfect dishes to suit our tastes.
The food itself was absolutely delicious! Every dish was expertly prepared with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. From the perfectly cooked steak to the delicate pasta dishes, every bite was a treat for the senses.
But what really stood out was the level of attention and care provided by Mauro. He was attentive without being intrusive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to check in with us throughout our meal, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our dining experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend Giovanni's Restaurant enough. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service from Mauro was simply outstanding. If you're looking for a truly special dining experience in the Hayes area, you won't find a better choice than Giovanni's Restaurant

As usual place very busy.
4 of us, had a selection of items.
We would have had a selection of beers, but advised all except small Moretti were sold out Moretti at equivalent of 9 a pint is very expensive.
I kept it simple - Insalata Caprese to start - and it was fine. For main I went for the Pizza della casa - the house Pizza on the idea the house pizza should be a perfect example of what they can do.
Unfortunately what turned up was very poor, it was so undercooked the whole centre of the pizza was just like soggy bread.
Much of the cheese had not fully melted . it was inedible.
I could not eat it, my wife commented is must be awful never seen me not eat a pizza.
I dont know if they are pre-prepping and this allows base to get soggy before cooking, either way the end result was awful.
A chain such as Ask, Zizzis, or a take away like Papa John turn out much better pizza.
As an Italian restaurant it should have been much better.
I showed the awful condition of pizza to the waiter, no5 only did they not offer to replace it, and, still charged me in full.
A premium price for a sub-standard item.
It was without doubt an inedible experience !
