        Impossible recommend any company that implements a 500% price increase on static IPs. Absolute jokes, especially as they didn't seem to need this increase until I phoned them. Go elsewhere

        Was cold called explained we might be moving he said no problem they never make you pay any fees for leaving. I said in the terms and conditions it says if you move to an area without ogi then you pay the remaining term in full. He then said just ignore the terms they don't apply WOW miss selling and cold calling. Also OGI is a Cornish word for pasties ha ha not Welsh says it all really.

        asked about a new internet installation and cost ect told there req my bank details hmm ,and yes it was ogi in wales so hung up the phone shame looked okay but let down with that

        Just bad service from the start to install. Signal constantly dropping. Tv has to be used into router 1m cable provided. ABSOLUTE JOKE. If I have to drive to their office to cancel I will. Regret changing. Will leave as down as I can.
