As a very satisfied returning customer I was extremely disappointed with my experience second time around. The first point of contact was a receptionist that didnt give a greeting when answering the initial contact call. If fact she was so rude I requested a callback from a manager. He did call me back and apologised. An appointment was arranged for my windows to be measured. The fitter they sent was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to my home. He couldnt give me a quote on the day as he was unable to use his iPad. He assured me he would email the quote later that day. I am still waiting for that quote three weeks on. I did receive a follow up call from the manager for feedback a week later. I will definitely not be using them for a second time.
