        Trailfinders sold me a travel insurance policy underwritten by Allianz. I had to make a claim. It has taken 3 months so far. A payment was allegedly sent weeks ago but hasnt arrived. Allianz are virtually impossible to speak to on the phone and they have terrible reviews on Trustpilot. Trailfinders really shouldnt be recommending such a poor insurance provider to their customers. Allianz need to be investigated by the authorities for malpractice
