A NIGHTMARE! My car had light damage and scratches and they found it as a write-off without even communicating this to me. Every time you want to get hold of someone so you can ask about your claim you have to wait hours on end just for someone to answer and when they do they tell you it's a different department and give you endless apologies. It's been 2 weeks since my car accident and I have days when they don't even answer the phone. I asked for a callback and it never came. Dont put your hopes up to get a courtesy car, its never going to happen even if you had it on your insurance policy.

No fault collision Did everything they could not to help, i was fully comp, no courtesy car every excuse not to give me one. After 4 weeks of tirelessly trying to phone and emailing them with with no reply just give up. Garage phoned me ,then questioning me why my car was still in their possession and i was been charged daily. Eventually got through to them - they all of sudden they wanted more information to process my claim, like how much i owed on my finance. Blatantly trying to stall again 5 weeks no cars, having to get taxi to my daughters creche and to work , Happy Christmas Belle

Bell is a great insurance company, weve had our vehicles insured with them for a long time now and will continue to do so, staff are very helpful and easy to deal with.
