        By far the worst and most unprofessional firm i've ever had to deal with , i made a claim for my lost phone which was covered under kit insurance and 5 months later still no communication as to what's happening with a replacement, avoid at all costs !!!

        Made a claim on my laptop in May and the laptop was collected for repair in June. Its been nearly 4 1/2 months and I still dont have the laptop back or know where they have taken it. Ive complained many times but still havent got anywhere with it. Terrible company.
