Worst housing association ever, how they can even be known as a social housing association I dont know. It is supposed to meet housing standards but that is a far fetched dream. They leave you with dodgy boilers, broken windows, damaged interior doors, plug sockets and dodgy locks and to top it all off they charge excessively for service charges. The housing teams are a complete shambles. They are unreliable and inconsistent. There is a complete breakdown in communication between all teams. The call handlers are abrupt, defensive and dismissive of everything. Nothing has any sense of urgency or importance. My home was left unsecured with no lock for 10 days and it took 3 call outs for the locksmith to change a simple lock. They do not care of the quality of work completed or customer satisfaction. They are only concerned about money, lucrative building projects and poorly attended Tennant participation projects that are under represented and is it any wonder? They treat people so badly. It is completely unjustified that these crooks are still in operation they are all absolutely disgraceful on every level. If I had any choice in the matter I would never have signed for a home with CCHA. I feel like I am a prisoner in my own home and I have to just accept the constant stream of stress and drama caused by the housing association. I can not believe that I am having arguments with a housing association over basic maintenance requests and endless call outs. The maintenance team just dont care and have no respect by you or your home.

I have previously been a tenant with CCHA and I never had any issues with them. If I rang for a repair, its usually been sorted within 48 hours. The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If they don't know the answer to a query, rather than leave you on hold, they actually say they will ring back asap. And fair play to them, I've never had a member of staff not ring back as promised. The housing association actively encourages tenants to get involved with projects in their communities and this then results in positive changes taking place that benefit both sides. They offer money advice, help with back to work schemes, help out both the elderly and child groups to make sure people have a safe place to come together to combat loneliness and isolation. So much more than a housing association. Can't fault them !!

Didn't want to give one star but had to so I could write review. This housing association has hot to be the worst ever. I could write an essay but as it is in hands of solicitor I can't say what I want. Corrupt to the core and vulnerable people are violated by them. Watch your elderly parents/grandparents etc. Will update when I am able as I feel everyone should be aware
