Rooms: Not great for the money Safety: They lock the front door at night which is good. Did have someone knocking at my Room in the middle of the night though Walkability: Short distance from the train station and main centre of Cardiff Food & drinks: Overpriced and not that good. Limited veggie options at breakfast asked if they had any veggie sausages and I am still waiting

Have been on a training course at the hotel for almost 2 weeks using the conference rooms but not staying overnight. I have been extremely impressed with the venue overall. Parking on site has been really convenient, all facilities associated with the conference rooms are ideal and spotlessly maintained. Have been very impressed with the very friendly, helpful staff, especially Nikhil who has looked after us every day ensuring all our needs are met at break and lunchtimes, constantly restocking and tidying the lounge areas adjacent to the training room. A very modern and tastefully decorated hotel, would definitely recommend.
