Filthy.
Disgusting.
Old bedding.
Had to change rooms because of the smell, but the second room was almost as bad. I wrote to Louvre Hotels but only got the night free. No compensation for having to pay for moving to a proper hotel. Trouble is, I stupidly bought 8 money off vouchers to use at Campanile.
