DYZYN Living - The Granary - Serviced Apartment Cardiff City Center

The apartment had a fair amount of pros and cons. The cons were that Instructions to enter the building itself were unclear. The lockbox would not close once opened. The washing machine door did not work the first day and had to call an engineer to fix it. The springs of the bed in the main bedroom were unequal and uncomfortable to lay on. The pros were the apartment was clean and well equipped and communication was easy and fast. Requested for extra essentials such as toilet paper and was sent the same day.

I rented a one bed flat while waiting for my new flat to be renovated. Having failed to find a normal rental that would accept pets, I decided to rent from Dyzyn Serviced Apartments. I wasn't disappointed as I could still work from home, park my car and keep my pets with me. Any niggles were quickly sorted out and I was able to extend the stay. They were very accommodating regarding the cleaning of the flat as due to Covid, I didn't want anyone else in the flat. So I was very happy that I was trusted to keep the flat in tip top order. The position of the flat is close to all amenities in the bay and the city centre. Cardiff is a very walkable city. The only negative was the scaffolding and building work which was constant at the beginning of my stay. This now seems to be complete but the scaffolding is still up. However, I was able to keep on working from the flat due to excellent internet connection. Catching up on boxed sets with my cats keeping me company has been a bonus. There is no way that I could have put my cats in a cattery for so long and I really appreciate dealing with a company who understands the importance of our pets especially during the Covid period.
