The Best Builders Cardiff

Best Builders sent somebody to our house with his team. He did not finish the job and bodged up a number of things in the house. The lights in the kitchen are not working, the shower has not been plumbed in properly and the radiators are leaking, just to name a few. We have now also found out that the builder had a criminal record. Best Builders obviously don't get their tradesmen vetted and will not take responsibility when something goes wrong. This is what they've sent us: "We work strictly on a referral basis. This means any of the work completed by any building company that is associated with us is done so on a referral contract. We hold absolutely no responsibility for any of the work carried out by any of our referral agents. This has been outlined in our Privacy Policy and is stated within our Terms & Conditions that can both be found on the the website." Do not be fooled by all the other reviews. Look at what other services these individuals have reviewed. Apart from the first couple, an awful lot of people seem to have their building work done in Cardiff, their teeth in France and their heating repairs in the USA. Avoid these people at all cost.

Best Builders Cardiff are great!! They offer fabulous customer service and always go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest, trustworthy, and offer affordable prices. What a great local business!! I highly recommend them!!
