        Rang on Saturday for a boiler part.. The guy was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, he even ordered the part in for Tuesday just in case I was let down by my local supplier, he explained he wasn't working Tues but at 9am prompt another member of staff rang me to say the part was in uf I needed it... Top marks guys and thanks so much.

        Absolutely useless customer services counter staff.Placed an order for a part, had to call in repeatedly to chase up.Promised many times a return phone call which never occurred.Will never use again, dont waste your time with this firm.
