Really disappointed. We were due to have our gender scan this lunchtime and we got a WhatsApp message 3 hours before we were due to be there to say it was cancelled due to Covid. We have a party organised for tomorrow, along with family coming down for the event who we dont usually see, along with other family members being away for the next 2 weeks, this was very careful organised around everyone involved. We werent offered anything for the upset but was told wed have an email about our refund, were yet to have that email along with we had to go elsewhere and pay double because of it being short notice. Truly disheartened and I will not recommend them to anyone as I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else. It would have been nice to be offered a complimentary 3D scan or even a normal scan as a way of an apology but we had nothing. Wont be returning for our 3D/4D scan like planned. To be phoned rather than WhatsApped would have been nice too and a little more professional.

I attended Peekaboo for an early scan for reassurance and that's exactly what I got! The booking system was simple and easy, always more than enough parking outside and very efficient on the service provided, there was never a wait for your slot and every sonographer we met was professional, clearly very experienced and always happy to answer any (and every) question! On a more personal level, Peekaboo offered reassurance through-out my pregnancy. After a previous loss I knew I would want continued scans and contacted Peekaboo directly and got through to David. David was sympathetic of my situation and would find appointments (often last minute) to fit me in for that much needed reassurance I needed at that moment. It was an extra level of support I needed and was happily given! Thank you Peekaboo, I don't plan on having another little babe, but I will always recommend you!

Really disappointing. I contacted David because my daughter-in-law (who I'd booked in) felt unwell & couldn't make her appointment. I heard nothing back from him regarding rearranging or refunding. She ended up miscarrying, though this company clearly don't care so long as you've paid your money

I cant thank peakaboo baby enough for my scan experience! Our little baba was being so stubborn and after trying so hard to get the gender and a walk around they still made so much time for us. I understand the scan may not be 100% correct but I cant thank peakaboo baby for making me feel so comfortable and making the scan such an enjoyable and unrushed experience Would definitely love to come back again in the future!
