Superdrug

Awful muslim hijabi wearing manager. I spoke to her, and asked why they refused to accept a coupon, which had Superdrug's name on it, as a redeemable product. Very poor attitude she has.

The brow ladies dont get enough credit for the job they do, fantastic staff and the best eyebrow threading in Cardiff, and Ive been to a lot of salons. Love Superdrug!

Returns with Superdrug is so bloody awful. I placed an order and then emailed customer services to cancel this order, no reply. I then phoned the store as it was meant to be a click and collect order. The 'manager' of the store cancelled it and told me it would be refunded. I then get an email to say my order is being processed. I emailed customer services only to be told if the store had said they cancelled then its been cancelled and to keep an eye for my refund. Few days later, i received an email to say my order was ready to collect??? I phoned the store AGAIN, they said the manager didn't cancel the items but it's been done now and i should get a refund. I asked if i could get a confirmation of refund via email as it was becoming a nuisance. The girl said yeah, it should come through. Nothing. I emailed customer services againz messaged them through messenger. The amount has been taken from my bank and I've heard nothing. THE absoloute worst service!
