Absolutely appalling. My mum wanted to get her hair done for my sister's wedding. She had to book a patch test on 3 different occasions because the salon closed early when she should have had her appointment the first time, and the second time they were too busy and told her to come back another day. We have now tried to book the appointment and they told us she must come in again for a strand test and consultation, although she already had her consultation when she went to have her patch test. We know this because my mum asked for a balyage, but she was advised that full head highlights would be better. However, the staff did not note down anything on her file (i.e. products/colours needed) and she is being asked to come in again! When we questioned the call handler why we are being asked to come again she suddenly became defensive said she remembered when my mum came, did the patch test and "walked out the salon". This is not true (Or in the event she did, it would have been because she was not told that she must stay). The call handler was very rude and argumentative and would not let us explain our point of view. Extremely unprofessional. I recognise the call handler was the stylist Endija who did my hair in June 2021. I showed a picture of a dark brown balyage. After 4 hours, my hair was totally blonde and felt like straw. I was unsatisfied and the manager agreed that it was drastically different to the reference picture. She then spent a further 2 hours just toning the full head dark brown to "correct" it. By this point the salon had already closed for the day. (If contested I still have the time-stamped pictures). I have not returned since. I had thought that after re-branding and new management the salon would have improved but it seems Endija is part of their management. My mum has been a loyal customer even when she is recommended other salons....she is shocked by the way we were spoken to.

Superb! I really enjoyed my time here. Great skills in styling and I left feeling amazing. I will definitely be coming again.

My mom has broken her knee and I wanted to treat her by taking her to a hair salon to get her hair cut & styled. As we arrived to Replay they have been nothing but amazing. They have treated my mom with such great care & love. She absolutely loved her treatment. Couldnt be more happy to have such a 5 star treatment for my mom.
