Came in for a haircut, the lady who cut my hair was lovely and really chatty. Told me shed be in the industry for years - I felt reassured that I was in good hands and it was 50 for just a cut, so at that price I assumed she was a senior stylist. Due to my job I dont wear my hair up and hadnt styled it since the hair appointment ( about 5 days) until this morning getting ready for an occasion, as I was straightening my hair I noticed that she had cut on one side 3 inches shorter then the other?! I asked for it to be levelled out as it had been growing slightly graduated due to having my hair cut to shoulder length in the March and was growing it long again (I grew it to a length where I knew it could be cut level again) but my hair is now lop sided and a mess. Fortunately another salon down the road saved my panic and did what I had originally asked for but the length I had grown had to be cut to make it a level and to a even length to fix the damage. Absolutely gutted, I wouldnt go back to ask for it to be fixed because the trust has gone and I wouldnt want to risk more going wrong! Service: Hairstyling
