The only good thing about this place is Amelia the massage therapist. My massage was absolutely delightful, and Im so sorry to only leave one star. She deserves 5. However, no robes are provided we bought some with flip flops and one bag (instead of 2) but were charged for 2. The cafe was so busy we waited over an hour for lunch and then they forgot one of our meals. The tables were dirty and they were extremely understaffed. By the time we finished food aqua aerobics was about to start in the pool so we asked for a refund on the robes and left. 130 for 40 minutes (actually 30 minutes) of treatments for 2 people I think is just a bit of a shame, there was nothing relaxing post massage about it. Sorry Bannatynes, you need to step up your game!

Booked for a spa day but it was very busy with members taking part in classes that filled the pool area so we were unable to use the pool peacefully without a lot of disruptions. When showering ready for a massage the changing rooms were very busy and uncomfortable. The massage therapist was lovely tho and the back massage definitely hit some knots but unfortunately we left after the massages because it's just not big enough or quiet enough to spend the day relaxing.. oh and take your own towels because it costs 8 each to borrow some and you are made to sit in a busy cafe in your robe while waiting for your treatment

Lovely spa but absolutely awful to get through too. No-one answers the phone or emails. Was told a refund would be back to me within 1-2 days.. it's been 15 days and still nothing. Can never get a hold of anyone at all

My friend bought us a spa day for my birthday. Ive been to many spa days and must say this one is very disappointing. Firstly tried to charge us 18 for a robe, towel, and flip flops. Ive never been to a spa where they charge you its always included. Ended up paying 4 just to hire a robe. Luckily we had our own towels with us. Spa treatment rooms are a very small area of the facility. First spa Ive been to where there is no relaxation rooms or tea and coffee on offer etc. Massage was mediocre. Nothing relaxing about the day, felt very uncomfortable and out of place with so many members of the public using the gym. Wont be returning or recommending.
