        I attended Jess's mum and baby classes and now do some of her exercises online. I found the class really friendly and Jess was great at breaking the exercises down. She has a great positive vibe, which is really encouraging (but not overwhelming). Shes also great at settling a crying baby so I could get some exercise in!

        Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after a while I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started Jess's bootcamp this year I actually really got into it. I also done a 28 day challenge which was brilliant she offered different levels of intensity I'm not gonna lie some were killers but I enjoyed everyone. Jess is very knowledgeable, her classes are fun, shes encouraging and motivating. I would 100% recommend Jess
