Great facility with a solid crew, friendly prompt responses to our email enquiries and Coach Adam was a great host!
Get there early though. It's a hard spot to find in the dark at 6am =)

Clara was kind enough to advise me on the use of running plans using apps and my new treadmill.
Her work is quote varied with cardiff fitness training and classes for ladies, kids and even professional athletes.
Whether you need a diet plan or one to one sessions Clara of Dragon Athletic is very good.
I know she covers the Cf5 Danescourt, Llandaff and Fairwater areas.
Not to mention her degrees in sports and strength and conditioning. The best Cardiff P.T sports trainer
