        An excellent gym, really well equipped for power lifting. Incredibly welcoming and friendly for everyone. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Cafe is small and open plan but the coffee is great, there are plenty of power points, a microwave if you want to bring your own food, and you're welcome to sit and stay as long as you want. You'll have some nice conversations too!
