        Love this place! Verity and all the instructors are knowledgeable, warm, inclusive & kind. If youre just starting out or super experienced, you couldnt go wrong here. And the ladies only sessions are brilliant - particularly if you are working out alone and feel anxious about a crowded gym. Cant recommend Synergi highly enough!
