F45 Training Cardiff Central

Received an email saying that I owed them money! I only ever signed up for a 7 free try out trial with no contract, I never even went to it! Then over a year later recieved a threatening email saying I owed them money and that if I didn't pay it they would just take it out of my account. Emailed them back and never received a reply, tried ringing and it always goes to voice mail! Now I'm scared they are going to take money out of my account that I can't afford! So horrible to recieved this when we are in a cost of living crisis and bills are so high!

I live above this gym. Moved in a few weeks ago and they have made life unbearable for all residents above. Other residents have complained but all complaints fall upon deaf ears! Nosie early hours and we have a young child. If you are thinking of joining here think about what the residents are put through..... The management here are so ignorant and do not care about anyone. The place should be shut down by the council. Disgrace!

Phenomenal gym! All the staff here make it feel like a community. Sarah goes above and beyond to make you feel like a part of the team. The workouts are challenging but make you feel so good and proud of yourself. Dont hesitate to sign up for f45!

Total disregard for us residents above. Despite numerous complaints. Noise at 6:30am no sound proofing at all. They have been tormenting all the residents above. This needs to stop!

Despite several complaints they continue to have a lack of respect to us residents above. Making noise and loud music and banging at 6:30am. We as residents will be taking this to Cardiff Council and Wales online if this torture does not stop. 5 months on and they continued with their batbaric torture of residents above.... Emails and complaints completely ignored... Tell me f45 how would you like it if I went above or below your house and played loud music and made the whole place shake violently?
