Being in the field of design myself, I know the importance of specialist input and the skill involved in different types of design. That being said however, the brand at RA architects has been unchanged for the past decade and we have somewhat neglected it. Since we engaged with you regarding our marketing I have been deeply impressed by your design skill and your ability to communicate the importance of graphic approach and brand identity. Re-brand can seem like quite a scary concept, with the weight of ten years of business packaged up in a logo, but your sensitive approach and understanding of what is important to us made the process engaging and rewarding. You took an identity that was important to us and lifted it to another level. It has also been amazing to see how our workforce has responded to it. The brand guidelines document that you produced is not only helpful to them, but has demonstrated to our staff that we are a serious company and has breathed confidence through the office, a pleasant but unexpected benefit of this exercise. I trust that our brand identity is in the safest of hands moving forward with PlainGraffic. Your design skill and attention to detail is hugely impressive and I look forward to working with you for many years to come.
