I can not speak highly enough of the quality of the the finished job.
The team who fitted it could not have been more helpful and professional. Our worktops were extremely complex but everything was surveyed and cut so accurately that they all just slotted in to place.

Firstly they were pretty much unable or unwilling to order me a replacement, claiming it would take too long to get or their supplier would not get glass that size. Fair enough.
So I asked them to supply the manufacturers drawing for the glass which they supplied. I had the piece of glass sourced and paid for it to be cut to shape. However!
It turns out that they sent me the wrong drawing, despite them being the UK specialist for Brompi fires. When I raised this with them they said it wasnt anything to do with them and blamed the manufacturer. I asked them to pay for the mistake which they refused. I asked them to pass this request onto the manufacturer for reimbursement and I heard nothing. Nada. I only gave them 1 star because the option of 0 is not there.
Very poor customer service. The fire btw was nearly 1500 pounds.
