        I ordered 2 Cardiff/Wales baseball caps for me and my daughter both originally from Wales it currently living in Worcestershire. Excellent quality merchandise and a very reasonable price. Unfortunately when my parcel arrived a few days later there was only one cap inside. I was so disappointed or should I say my daughter was disappointed lol. I immediately rang the store and spoke with Charlotte the M.D and explained the situation. She was very apologetic and assured me she would rectify the matter ASAP but due to it being only 4 days before Xmas day she couldnt promise anything. Well, 24 hrs later the second cap arrived by special delivery along with a lovely bar of chocolate. So to sum up. If you want top class customer service and good quality merchandise look no further than Castle Welsh Crafts. Thanks again Charlotte you are a star. Merv Evans. Hanbury,Worcestershire.
