I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks. Every morning from 8 to 9, I call and the line is busy. If I call after 9, they tell me to call early in the morning at 8 am to make an appointment. Every morning, the user is busy. I didn't understand, they didn't even speak to me properly

Very rude and slow receptionist and I've also found your responses to other poor reviews very rude. You apologise but then try to pass the book. You must employ smarter receptionists

Your phone line does not work. You should record a message if it works only at specific times. It is distressing for people who need to seek medical advice to be left in these conditions. It is your duty to put the patient at the centre of your practice, as reminded in the NHS Constitution. GPs should be the first point of contact for sick people but you make it not easy.

I've had issues with this surgery before on not being able to book appointments since their drop-in clinic was ended and was seen only after complaining rather strongly. This time I have an urgent appointment to book and am still being told that no appointments can be booked at all at the main reception. I am told to call them only in the morning but am only getting a blank noise as if their phone was off. This has been going on for more than a week. At one point I managed to get through to the telephone queue and, after waiting 15 mins, I was told that I had to try again the next day. Their phone has been offline ever since. Absolute disgraceful that a medical practice refuses to see patients.
