I called Tony to check on a potential knotweed issue on a house I'm looking to purchase. Although the property is outside of Tony's area, he very kindly spent 15 minutes of his time 'educating' me on what to look for, potential pitfalls and gave his professional advice, as well as recommending a couple of other local companies. If I do require his services for future purchases, Zen will be the first company I call!

We have been using the services of Zen Knotweed over the last five years and decided in the very beginning to seek advice from a professional with all the essential accreditation and licenses in place. Tony has been amazing, very professional and offered expert advice and guidance in relation to a nuisance knotweed problem that as arisen (he defiantly knows his stuff). I was due to sell my property, but knotweed was identified on neighbouring land. Due to this being within 7 meters of my boundary it stalled the buyers mortgage application and a further expert survey was needed. Tony was able to get out in 48hours to assess to knotweed, confirm the category and was able to provide the KW survey the same evening at a very reasonable cost. We now await to hear from the mortgage company whether a treatment plan is needed, so Tony has provided us with the quote ready for work to commence. Tony would be highly recommended.
