I throughly recommend Green Willow Funeral home. Debbie is an outstanding funeral director. She took care of everything for my Gramps funeral, at was a very sad and distressing time for me. She went above and beyond, I couldnt have asked for a better funeral director. She and the staff at Green Willow showed compassion and empathy throughout. Thank you!

My brother recently passed away Dec 2020. His daughters ordered a certain scatter tube for him but when we picked him up in January this year he was put into a cardiff council box and bag. Apparently there was a mix up with an employee who was dealing with my brothers funeral but she left the company and never put the details of the tube on the computer. So someone else was dealing with his funeral arrangements. The scatter tube we ordered was not in stock and was given a alternative choice but we we wanted the one we chose. We are still waiting and the funeral home seems to be avoiding the situation. It's disgusting how our family have been treated were going through enough heartache as it is.

A wonderful funeral director business. Our personal director Deborah was kind, lovely, caring, honest, friendly and professional. Deborah explained everything to us and my mums funeral was exquisite. It was sad but a happy funeral and Deborah and Green Willows made it easy and bearable at such a sad time. I highly recommend them

From start to finish, the service and professionalism were second to none. Everything that was asked for we received, they offered advice at steps that I was unsure of. I cannot thank Green Willows enough for their compassion, dignity and professionalism shown to myself and my family. Special mentions to Simon and Bev but a massive thank you to my funeral director Karl, he was my rock, he answered any questions, didn't push, was always available (where possible) and I know that my Mums funeral went so smoothly due to the service levels and compassion from this amazing man.
