losing a loved one so suddenly is never easy. In such a difficult period of our lives, Craig, Cerianne and the team were on hand with tender yet strong support every step of the way. This was the first time Ive ever had to plan a funeral, made so much easier with Craig available every step of the way. The package made it all so simple and never overwhelming. The prices were clear with no hidden costs creeping in. The care Cerianne shown Ela was amazing, looking after her, helping her look as beautiful as ever. Thank you so much. On the day, the team were excellent, nothing too difficult, with such a professional yet personal touch, right from the care taken with the flowers, the transport, briefing the bearers and the organisation at the chapel. Also, ensuring everything was on hand at the wake and helping to position the flowers and cards. Even after the service, Craig followed up with reassuring phone calls and care with Ela, her jewellery and everything else. Bringing her back to our home and uniting her with me once again. Thank you so much, if I ever need to have to do this again, Craig and the team will be the first port of call and Id recommend them to anyone that has to go through this difficult time. The care, support and guidance was absolutely first class. Xx

I cannot thank Craig enough for all his help. From start to finish he was so incredibly helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged everything. Hes so kind and genuine. Im so glad my grandfather choose him. Thank you for everything.

My husband recently passed away from cancer . About two months before he passed he wanted to sort his funeral out we went to see Craig and talked through things He was so friendly and genuine nothing was too much trouble . So when steve passed I felt at ease talking about arrangements and what steve wanted . Craig and his team kept me up to date when they had been to the hospital to collect him and that he was in their safe hands even having a last ride in his favorite Mercedes estate that Craig had promised steve he would collect him in .Craig help sort service as steve was not religious and even help me to find venue and caters for the wake . I cant thank Craig and team enough for everything they have done i highly recommend from my heart and was pleased my husband got to meet him too

On behalf of my family we cannot thank Craig and his team enough for what they have done for us, absolutely outstanding from start to finish, nothing we wanted was too much. From beginning to end myself and my family were treated with nothing but sympathy and consideration at such a difficult time. I would highly recommend Craig M. Thomas funeral directors to everyone and we certainly wouldn't go else where now. A massive thank you from us all.
