I went in there to make an order, upon waiting for my food I had seen a rat run across the floor from behind the work top and out the door, the place is absolutely vile and then I was told no body would ever believe me to then be racially abused as I was then walking out the door, I would be very careful upon ordering from this place and I will never step foot in there ever again

Food freezing cold. Phoned within 6minutes to say it was cold, took food back. Only offered half a refunded as food had been touched (plated up at home for family to say it was cold) raised voices by management and very rude. Wont order from there again. Because of my complaint Ive now been banned **avoid at all cost***
