        Purchased a chubb wireless intruder alarm for our warehouse 3 years ago. What can I say, one of the worst decisions in my life. Alarm failing almost every other week, ridiculous callout charges and non-existent customer service. The greediest company weve ever dealt with, completely ignorant and only focused on squeezing money out of customers. Example, callout charge to replace 2 x AA batteries in external alarm box 245 plus VAT. Their so called engineers come to fix a problem and scratch their heads and speak on the phone for 2 hours, only to tell us they couldnt fix the problem today and they will come tomorrow, which is 2 chargeable hours at 250 plus VAT.
