I thought I'd done this review already but it turns out it was for another party involved (they got a better one than they would have). As first time buyers, my fiance & I weren't sure exactly what we were doing & that time was quite stressful. This was a little over a year ago & I feel terrible that it's taken this long to write but maybe it was for good reason. Over the past year, my fiance & I have had various conversations with other property owners (mostly 1st time buyers) & now have a years worth of reflection to add. Gareth Tucker has been nothing short of a blessing. With us being 1st time buyers & quite uncertain of all that would be required, Gareth made sure we understood everything that was happening. Also looking back, Gareth was the (dear I say) perfect combination of personable & professional, having general conversation about life with quite a few good jokes in the mix was a great way to take our minds of the obvious stress that was happening. Pandemic, furlough, finances seemingly unstable & companies on the other end constantly changing the finish line, Gareth was solid through all of it & helped us come out of the other end of a lock down with a mortgage on our first property. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work & effort put into getting this done for us during such a trying time & as a result we cannot recommend him enough to anybody that requires a similar service to us.

Dale Treharne-Morgan was the broker for my bridging loan. Dale was available to me throughout the process and always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. He explained all the stages of the loan to me very clearly and continually chased the loan company on my behalf. I would highly recommend Pure Property Finance and especially, Dale.

Mark Hughes had been fantastic to deal with. We went to him after a recommendation, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend ourselves. The matter was promptly attended too, recommendations made and put into reality. Initial enquiry to completion was 2 weeks. We were particularly impressed with Mark'a communication - even late on an evening I would get replies to emails. It didn't go unnoticed, and very much appreciated. Thanks Mark!!
