Waited for the boat to arrive, which was 15 minutes late, only for less than half of the queue to be allowed to board. I understand reduced capacity due to Covid restrictions, but there were no signs to indicate the capacity (in which case we would have known not to wait) nor apologies for the delay or lack of signage, just a very rude member of staff.

Badly run service arrived late then took only half the capacity noted on the signs meaning we we left behind. I understand the need to reduce capacity for covid but please post that you are doing so so we understand when waiting!

The Aquabus falls short of expectations. As a mode of transport, it's infrequent and unreliable. The price is high and the return rates on the website were not honoured on board. As a sightseeing experience it's underwhelming and nothing more than a bit of urban greenery and some open water. It is a perfectly pleasant trip if there is nothing else to do but with so much room for improvement the service is overall lacking.
