        They wouldn't honour the deal on the app as thier machines weren't working.

        This is the worst subway we've ever been to. The service was awful. The lady was so rude to us. I told her we had dairy and gluten allergies (which is the main reason we were at Subway) and she told me she didn't want to know and couldn't help me at all. My daughter only wanted a dairy free cheese sandwich with no other ingredients. She put 2 tiny triangles of cheese on the roll which didn't even cover a quarter of the service. I told her every other subway we've been to they give you one complete layer of cheese and she said it's company policy to give that amount of cheese. She said if we wanted more we had to pay 50p so I agree. Then she laid 2 more tiny triangles of cheese on top of the other cheese, still leaving most of the sandwich with nothing on it. She barked at me numerous other times telling me I was ordering incorrectly etc. We will not be back. Dietary restrictions: Lots of great options for allergies, unfortunately staff make it impossible to access them in a helpful way.
