        Surprised to see so many bad reviews here. I eat fish and chips about once a year and was very glad I came here. I had haddock, chips and mushy peas and everything was spot on. Crisp batter, fresh fish perfectly cooked to order and the best mushy peas Ive had from a fish and chip shop. All great value too. Have recommended to friends, looking forward to a second visit before next year!

        Placed our online order, after waiting for over an hour we attempted to call the shop which had no answer. Had to call a different branch to dismissively be told that the shop now closes on a Sunday and they havent updated the website. When asked about money we were told that well have to wait for the owner to refund us the next day, we will see if that happens

        Stale chips, soggy batter on fish and I think they have changed cooking oil/fat they use, really awful taste
