I cannot recommend this firm highly enough! I 'cold' contacted them one evening last week, within 24 hours Liam visited to assess the work and Dan sent a most acceptable quote soon afterwards. 1 week later all the work has been completed to a very high standard by Dan, Morgan and other members of the team. In addition to the work quoted for, Dan identified and rectified potential problems that might've existed with DIY work previously done for which he did not charge extra. My wife and I are absolutely delighted and impressed with Multi-Elec's workmanship and helpful advice. My home is now 'brighter' and safer. Completely trustworthy, competent and efficient. My power kept tripping despite having turned everything off in the house, I txt Dan in desperation as my freezers where without power and he came that same evening. managed to get my power back without tripping minus a few sockets which was fine with extension leads helping out. he came back following week as promised and found the root cause of the problem which was an outdoor box which was filled with water, he also changed a few sockets and switches inside and tidied some unsightly wiring. overall i am really happy. Dan and his partner were nice friendly pleasant guys, he explained what he was doing/ going to do, promp on arrival, tidied up and put things back, and were a really good price, I will recommend to anyone and I won't use anybody else now, thanks Dan and gang.
