We asked Simon to replace the smoke alarms of our house in Cardiff. We aren't based locally anymore and this is something I had been putting off for ages. Simon has been friendly, professional and responsive to all my questions and made the whole process really easy. I wasn't sure if we had a heat detector in the kitchen and Simon was able to check this for me - we didn't, and the invoice was reduced accordingly. Everything was done on-time, including collecting and dropping keys off to the estate agents. I can't fault the service we've received and will definitely be recommending Simon to friends and family in Cardiff. Service: General alarm installation
