        Called for replacement light fittings, the guy on the front desk said that they could not help from Photos that I had taken. I asked if they could look at the reference on the invoice, I was told that they have thousands of invoices !?! Looked up my emails and found the old invoices and references, the guy looked them up and said that they were obsolete. I got home opened up CEF website, typed in the references and cross referenced the parts to the new references and ordered in 20 seconds. Such a shame the service there used to be first class with a highly knowledgeable and helpful team, if the service doesnt improve the store will became obsolete!
