        Downloaded the app and I entered all my details, but drove to this particular charging point only to realise that Instavolt doesnt have type two plugs

        I charge here every weekend as it's the only rapid charger sort of near me at 100kw. I've had no trouble with these charging stations. They are easy to use. The problem is it's in a busy location, just off Cardiff's ring road, in a retail park. There are only 2 chargers but in reality there should be a minimum of 8. These are in constant use & we shouldn't have to worry about getting here before someone else. It's only Tesla making a real effort with average of around 8-20 chargers in each location.

        Just tried to charge on valegate 2. It connected then automatically disconnected straight away cancelling the charge. Car in front of us had a similar issue.
