"In my ongoing quest to become more present, I believe the course has been a crucial step understanding a missing element. The most crucial thing I did to save my life while dealing with ADHD, stress, and depression and anxiety was mindfulness. I say this because I am aware of the significant effects that my attitude, state of mind, and interaction with life have on so many other individuals. And because the practise saved my life when I started doing it, I have longed as a teacher for years for it to be taught in schools from the outset. Simply by understanding that I'm allowed to have negative thought's then process them and be present with them and knowing that acceptance is the key. Tim Annfield, who ran the course, enabled me and guided me to face and stay with sensations, feelings, and ideas that previously I would have wanted to run away from possibly why flight mode was always fuelled, I know know simply if you don't want to start your plane you can always remove the accept that bad fuel is in tank it builds up everyday, it happens, but we are in control to accept and remove the bad fuel/thoughts. Then we understand that we are the pilot of the mode we call flight mode. I appreciated Tim's commitment and dedication. Tim was careful and thoughtful when delivering the course, demonstrating his presence by responding to the group. He collaborated with patience and without passing judgement, and he used straightforward language and explanations, diagrams and examples. Sincerly, I've always wanted to bring this into high schools, especially for those who are dealing with trauma of some kind, which is, in my opinion, the main cause of unwanted behaviour. The key is to realise that behaviour is a choice based on a positive present mindset. I'm excited for the next phase of the programme, and I'm hoping that one day our headteacher will realise the impact that something so basic can have. Together, we want to be that change to see the change in others I want to express my gratitude to everyone who participated and for Tim's calm, collected demeanour throughout the entire session. Thank you very much!

Tim teaches mindfulness as a quality that can be integrated into all aspects of your life. He shows the practical suggestions within his teachers course, and as a teacher is open to listening and is very attentive.

This is a great place to start, develop or revisit mindfulness in a playful, curious way. Taking the time to invest in a weekly course will help you to tilt your view of the world, even if only slightly, to get back on that even keel we are all looking for.
