Ace driving school

Wouldnt wear masks properly in the car, for example wouldnt be over his face and nose. Swore a lot during the lessons which I think was unacceptable, was always late for driving lessons, I understand if there was traffic but last lesson, he asked if I wanted to do my lesson earlier than the time planned but I couldnt, so he said thats ok, Ill just have a cup of tea at home, still 27 minutes late for my driving lesson! Learner drivers are expected to make mistakes but he would always shout at me and make me feel uncomfortable! He said I could book my test at any location, as theres a back log, finally got a slot in Bridgend. Wasnt happy about this, as he doesnt really do Bridgend. If I had known this, wouldnt of booked another location. I was struggling to pass my theory, I asked for help etc. He said yes over message, never got any help or advice how to get pass my theory!

John is absolutely amazing. Felt at ease straight away! So friendly. I lacked confidence but it didnt last long with John teaching me. He is an amazing instructor. If it wasnt for John I dont think I would have passed my test so quick! Such a lovely man, I have made a special friend in John. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted driving lessons.
