        We are constantly amazed at the quality of service provided here. Professional, accessible, friendly, thorough and timely. Even the phone system has improved further recently. No complaints whatsoever.

        Dct Palmer only good thing about this surgery. Yesterday when I called receptionist told me "Cant you do an econsultant" making out my app wouldn't be urgent. My response was no, everytime I do one the response is "call the dcts" Luckily I got an app with Dct Palmer and now I have been reffered urgently to the hospital. Same happened when I had gallstones, repeat dct appointments for years with no outcome. Caerphilly surgery scanned me instantly and a year later I had gallbladder out. I feel like nothing is urgent with several people /receptionist at this surgery sadly.
