Clifton Surgery

Staff at this surgery don't care about you your health or anything. I phoned for 3 days to get any appointment. On the third day I said it was an emergency. The doctor who saw me could not wait for me to go. They arranged test sad the would take a week after a week. I tried for 3days to even get through to any one. Again the can't wait to get rid of you. Rude staff unprofessional , disappointing and disscresfull.

The overweight receptionist with short blonde hair is an extremely rude woman. She should not work in the profession of working with people especially when these people are sick and need compassion and care from the receptionist. Change jobs love, or someone fire her.

Been with this surgery a few years now and can happily say Im switching surgeries after years of unhelpful, sometimes incompetent and disorganised staff. I filled in a form to change my name and title and they still managed to get that wrong so had to go back and correct them. I rang for to make an appointment (on hold for 35 minutes) for my son only to be told they only take emergency appointments over the phone (from 8:15am) and that they had none left for the day, I explained it wasnt an emergency and just wanted to make a routine appointment and yet I couldnt do this, I was then told I had to register myself and my son on a website to book an appointment. I attempted this and yet the surgery wasnt even register on said website! Absolute waste of time. I never knew when the community midwife was there as reception staff dont know themselves when I asked about it. Besides all that the pharmacy in connection is a whole other ball ache regarding previous addresses and contact number which ends up being a different pharmacy further down Clifton Street. Overall would not recommend this surgery.
